DRIVER'S LICENCE AND FOLLOW-UP COURSES
Licences
Training in the basic general knowledge, skills and procedures necessary for driving a railway vehicle and performing the activities of a driver, a prerequisite for participation in the examination of general professional competence for obtaining a driver’s licence.

Infrastructure course
Training in detailed knowledge, skills and procedures to demonstrate specific competence to drive railway vehicles on a defined track or part thereof.

QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE
Siding
The course is aimed at drivers who will drive traction vehicles (E, M, or SV) on the “siding” track.
The content of the course is within the scope of Decree No. 16/2012, Annex 4 and the specific requirements of the carrier (contracting authority).
The aim of the course is to prepare you to pass the qualification test.

OTHER TRAINING
Initial training
Initial VŠ01 (or other) training for employees for entering the track, knowledge in the scope of the requirements of the SŽ Zam1 regulation;
Health and safety at work on national and regional rail according to the SŽ Bp1 regulation.
All persons who enter the operated railway line, also intended for companies that perform activities on the operated railway line and are in a contractual relationship with Správa železnic, státní organizace.
Training of electrical competence of persons instructed according to Decree No. 100/1995 Coll.

Regular mandatory training
According to § 46e of the Railway Act No. 266/1994 Coll. as amended, according to the customer’s requirements.

Siding manager course
The course is specifically designed for professional staff responsible for managing the operation of the siding.
The course focuses on the regulations of the railway operator – siding, and is supplemented by selected statutes arising from the Railway Act No. 266/1994 Coll., as amended.

The training centres are accredited by the Railway Authority to carry out training according to § 46e, § 46j and § 46s of the Railway Act No. 266/1994 Coll. as amended. Courses for engine drivers are conducted in Česká Třebová and Ostrava.
